What's on the checklist
Everyone shows you the income screenshots. Nobody shows you the system. These 4 checks cut through that in minutes.
1. Has the pay plan changed?
Companies that rewrite the comp plan every year take your work with them. Here's how to check in 2 minutes.
2. Are the founders still showing up?
If the people at the top disappeared after year two, your support goes with them.
3. Can you see the system before you pay?
The page, the emails, the daily plan. If they won't show you first, that's your answer.
4. Is it simple enough to actually do?
If your last program cost thousands and was too complex to ever use, this is the check that matters most.
I've been the person who got burned.
I missed my daughter's first birthday and her first steps while I was deployed in Iraq. So in 2007 I quit my job at Walmart to build a business from home. I wanted to be there for my kids.
Then I spent 5 years failing. Over $100K in debt. We lost our home to foreclosure. In 2009 my card got declined three times at the grocery store while people in line watched. I walked out empty-handed.
A lot of that came from trusting the wrong programs and the wrong people. So when my business partner and I co-founded The Home Business Academy in 2016, we built it to be the company we could never find.
This checklist is the 4 questions I learned to ask the hard way. Use it on any program. Including ours.
